What I’m trying to do is set up a Contact form with a Subject box that has a dropdown menu:
Then, depending on which subject was chosen, email the ensuing message to one or more of five different email addresses.
The Contact form also has a Name, Email, and Message entry boxes, and a Submit button. Website is at https://sundogdw.wixsite.com/roswelltourismcouncl/ . Click Contact in upper right to visit the Contact form.
Alternate solution: Have 5 different Contact forms?
