Blog Writer's Image and Name Not Displaying at All

Hello.

Anyone else having issues with Blog Writers' IMAGE and NAME failing to appear on Blog Posts?

This is an ongoing problem for 1 year now, on multiple sites I help manage.

WHAT WE'VE TRIED:

Wehave troubleshooted everything,

from WIX EDITOR>Blog Post>Settings>Layout/Display>etc.......

.....to WIX DASHBOARD>Blog>Blog Settings>etc.

We've also refreshed the Blog Writer's profiles, checked Roles and Permissions, republished from Editor, tested the blog in two additional browsers, cleared caches and etc., had other people try in different countries, and so on.

The site owners and I have submitted support tickets along this journey with no solution.

We have over 100 blog posts to publish this month, and now—there are these continued issues. Please, kindly requesting any suggestions.
