Hey @Gintaras Elmonas Thanks for following up! Ahhm, as i do not use Chrome I can't tell you :). But in Firefox is all good, OPERA still the same problem, the mobile browsers (Opera, Opera touch, FF) showing the blog the way it should be...

So I think i am fine with the way it is.. Anyway it's a weird case and we gonna close this here :))). We both have lots of other things up right?

Looks like our team fixed this bug. Your post now looks good on my Chrome Browser. What about you? You still see bugs?

@Gintaras Elmonas Hello how are you doing? It's now a month a go and there seems to be no solution? I am a bit disappointed about that, as especially for this post i invested a lot of effort, research work and time..probably more then 100 hours....

Can you tell something what happened, if it's something i could do or what is the reason why the post breaks with some browsers....

Don't let me without an answer please. Also accepted is an "we don't know and we can't do anything right now".... That's fine....

You know back in 2018, after redesigning most of the pages of my website something weird happened. I went online on a Sunday to fix a few things.... After login in it hit me like a punch: My whole website was messed up (in the editor)...Spaces as big as highways, whole paragraphs moved, stripes double the size as I set it, pictures not at the right place anymore..... and ...uhhhh a big mess. I almost cried really...

Then I realised that the fonts changed. Barlow medium and Barlow extra light were not available in the editor anymore and all the paragraphs, titles and font related parts of the website switched back to a standard font (can't remember which one).

I immediately contacted the German support and they let me wait 30 hours. I was really angry.. I got an answer that my website online looks good and they could not see any problems. Yes of course they could not see: I am not stupid and publish the editors mess to see how great it looks live. Hello? Secondly they said my windows needs to be updated or the browser i use might not be up to date or incompatible.... WOOOOW. Really? Talking to me again like to a 5 years old school boy?

Anyway, on this base we could not continue our conversation. Of course, after investigating a bit and seeing things a bit more clear, I would be able to fix the problem by my self and install Barlow medium and extra light by my self... But why WIX would remove those font packs? ...

I contacted the support on twitter and explained the whole story again... This guys were great and after a few hours the issue was fixed...(no one told me that some one logged into my account - but this guy changed the language and did not change it back so i knew there was someone in) ... After i got the fonts packages back, the mess and gaps, destroys were not gone (of course) and it took me 2 days to clean up every page...

Until today I got NO update or just a short statement what happened and why the fonts packs were missing from one minute to another....

What am trying to say with this little not so funny story is: In every case it is the best way to inform customers in a proper and honest way. Even if there is a problem on wix' side, if I know what is going on I can handle it much better as if no information are available..... To be fair: That was 2018, a year in which a few things went in the wrong direction (my thoughts). The wix support improved a lot within 1.5 years-----

Btw. Firefox Desktop is showing the content from top to bottom faultless....As well the Opera and Firefox mobile version.

Is there a limit or a recommendation about the amount of pictures or text length? Its quite a long post (50'844 characters) with a lot of images....

Oh headache days are back.

Anyway, recently a lot of strange things happening when using the editor. The page menu (on the top left) is behaving in a very strange way. Sometimes the pages aren't visible or even two times listed... Partly missing or disappearing (not visible) page content. After restarting the editor all is in the right place ... but its a bit frightening sometimes and not really funny. That is also the reason why i start to make external content backups... just in case...

I am facing those problems with Chrome and Firefox. Two browsers suggested as compatible with wix. In my opinion Firefox was always (since 2015) the worse choice to edit WiX websites.

The Clou: Opera works quite stable, even they said (support pages) it is not a supported browser.. Opera not compatible? Not sure about that. Opera is a Chromium Browser with similar architecture as Chrome.

I was not reporting the issues with the editor to the support as they always telling me the same: It's your fault. Browsers no up to date and your machine. Talking to me like with a 5yo boy who doesn't know anything about the dangerous world out there... i learn to solve my WiX problems by ma self....

Update to the current situation: In the meanwhile, the blog post is online... I did some investigation and even the problem on my laptop (Chrome and Opera) isn't fixed i know now that visitors see it properly.. That is the most important thing... About my issues with my machine. I don't know what exactly happened. But i think it's time for the annual re-installation of the operating system :) Case closed

@Gintaras Elmonas I would like to say thanks to you again. That was honestly the fastest support i ever got on WiX... I appreciate that kind of fast straight forward solution oriented support.... 💖 💖 💖

BTW. its not browser related... i made some tests with ff, chrome and Opera, empty cache... looks in every browser similar.

Yes of course, all the recent posts look good.

I was not able since quite a long time to use the "preview post" option. Just this late afternoon the post preview came alive again. I have no idea why. Thats why I copied the post and published it to see if i need to work on the layout a bit.

And with this published double post all the problems i described were there.

( I converted it back to draft, as i don't want to have half finished and in this case totally messed up post online :)))

Look, if you want I will put exactly that post online again. so you can see what i mean and do some investigation work .. anyway i do not have much traffic there and it is not a a business related website. so it doesn't matter if there's a fucked up post online just for a while
