Currently, you can only import your posts from Wordpress via the Blog Manager:
Unfortunately, we don't allow imports from other sites yet, but we know it's a requested feature. You can vote for it here: https://support.wix.com/en/article/request-importing-blog-posts-from-platforms-other-than-wordpress-to-the-new-wix-blog
and you'll be notified when it's available.
