Hello. To change background color (including around posts and of course space between) you can use feed area background color or site background color. 1. Open Blog Feed Settings.
2. Go to Design tab.
3. Go to Buttons & Margins.
4. Change Feed Area Background.
To change site background color you can click on your site background and go to "Change Page Background".
