I've been trying to figure this out for weeks and so far, it just seems like it isn't possible but I figured I'd post in case someone has figured it out or hacked it or something.
When on my main blog page or in any of the category pages, I want to be able to change the HOVER and/or CLICKED colours of the menu titles.
The colour is customizable, but only for the page titles not being hovered over or clicked on. (The font is also customizable, obviously)
When I'm reading an individual blog post, it's possible to change the menu colours (but only because they're links):
Which can be done via Settings > Design > Post > Links and Hashtags
So ... why can I change the colour of the links/menu titles when in an individual blog post, but not from the actual main menu? What's the point of that?
I posted this question in a discussion before and someone from Wix told me to go to Settings > Design > Button & Background ... which is not at all what I'm trying to do ... I don't even have a button on this page to edit.
I just want my menu to NOT be purple. It's not a huge issue, but obviously I spent a lot of time making the entire site cohesive, and now this just looks bad.
Thanks if anyone can help!
Need this sorting for forums too. Cam't change the 'hover' colour of categories and sub-category titles. Also, in forums, the bit that lets people filter by 'newest' has the text colour set by the colour you choose for the post text...BUT this text is OUTSIDE of the post. It should be the same as 'icons and buttons' if anything
Hi, good news!
You can change the active colour of the blog navigation menu. Please do not forget to customise it in the post page settings too (if post page settings are enabled on you site):
Hi Lydia,
thank you for contacting, this is a temporary issue which we are working to solve. I'll keep you posted when it is available!
