Je cherche à changer la formule par défaut du menu du blog dans Wix qui est "tous les posts" :
J'utilise le Wix Blog pour publier des recettes sur mon site et je souhaiterais plutôt écrire "toutes les recettes"

You can change this in your sites Dashboard - go to Blog->Categories.
Then you'll see at the top of the Page the category for All Posts - you can click the button on the right to rename it to what you like.
