Can I add both in my unique Wix blog?
For example, Posts about music have the color blue.
Posts about makeup have the color red.
Can I do this?

Yes, you absolutely can but, have the themes on different parts of your website. You would need to save a picture of a color block and upload it into Wix so you can change the background theme to a solid color.
