If you've changed the settings and published your site, then you can open the Incognito browser and open your site, if it doesn't request you to sign-in, then everything works :)
Thanks for the feedback. I'm not clear how deleting the member's area will help but I'll check it out. In the meantime, here's the link to the website in question:
Got it, thanks for the site! So I see that the Home page is set for members only. You should go to the Editor, open the site pages > select home page (since I believe it's the only one that requires the sign-in) > click on the three dots > go to 'Permissions' tab and change from Members to Everyone.
Thanks Agne. You've been an enormous help. have a great weekend.
Great! Thanks for the feedback. Now, how can I check if that adjustment does the trick?
Agne -
Thanks for the info. I`ll try that.
Might you know if there's a way to avoid website viewers having to sign-in to view the site?
Hey @Ted Yudelson, you can enable Guest Commenting, so your readers wouldn't need to sign in. To enable that:
1. Go to your Post page in your Editor.
2. Click the blog in your Editor.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click the Display tab.
5. Click Comments.
6. Enable the Enable comments toggle.
7. Enable the Enable guest comments toggle to allow visitors to post comments without needing to sign in.
Or you can read more about it here. Let me know if you have any questions!
