You can change the post URL from the post's SEO settings.

To do so, head to a post's Post Settings section, then select SEO. There you can change the post's URL. Learn more about the section and how to do it here: https://support.wix.com/en/article/seo-for-blog-posts-in-the-new-wix-blog

Just be sure to select "Blog Pages" in the Menus & Pages section.

As for importing and exporting your blog's database -

If you're looking to export your post collection, you can export it to a CSV file using Corvid with Wix Blog.

- To start, first turn on Dev Mode in the Wix Editor - you'll see this as part of the options of this page's top navigation bar.

- Then, click on the Content Manager button on the lefthand side of your Editor.

- In the Content Manager tab, go to the Blog section and click on Posts. There you will find a list of all your posts and you can export posts.
