I can't seem to edit the style of fonts when I click on the archive section on my site's home page. Any suggestions?

The Archive menu, when clicked, takes you to your main blog feed, category view, so in order to edit that you'll need to find your main blog feed, choose settings -> design and select "Category Feed":
