I just need a page like this:
I don't need any scrolling and the picture has to be always in the same position even when using different screen sizes. Is there any why I could do that with the usual wix editor? Or do I have to code that?

Hi, you can try to use Creative CV template for creating no scrolling required page. This template would work the best:
I’d suggest to make the strip smaller so that no scrolling would be possible. In doing so it’ll look like the website you mentioned. Also, you can check the article on how to pin an element on your page so that the image would be locked on screen. Click here for the article. Hope it helps!
