Linking to an outside website from a WIX website via Radio Buttons

I have a DISCLAIMER statement on our landing page of the website. It basically states we are a fee based service -but- the user can go to all sorts of free websites that covers the same issue. We just think our service is better by a large percentage. To insure the landing page customer sees the website, I have a YES NO radio button array. I can't find how to do this: -- If the user selects YES, it goes to the next page (call it the ABOUT page). -- If the user selects NO, I would like it to go to any generic browser home page, like YAHOO or GOOGLE. I have a dataset and a collection ready to go for this, just don't know how to link the two together to produce the desired response.
