My homepage has a blog at the very bottom, and somehow the blog keeps redirecting there as if it's the homepage for the blog. The blog homepage isn't my homepage, and I don't want to make it my homepage. I'm trying to change it but I can't. I even tried deleting the blog area in my homepage, but it would delete my whole blog with all my posts.

First of all, nice username!
Secondly, your main blog feed has its own page which seems to be your homepage as well. To fix this, you'd need to separate them by creating a new homepage and setting that page as your Homepage. Then you can use a custom feed to preview your blog on the new homepage.
