New blog and date format

I have a problem of date format with all the post of 2019

exemple : avr. 4

and before exemple 8 mai 2018

on the old blog, we can chose the format : I would like day month

can you help me to change this

Another request for the ability to change the date format here! It's mind blowing that such a simple feature isn't available in the New Blog.
