RESOLVED via Support: Blocked Members: If the members are only showing up as "blocked" in your Contacts list and nowhere else (including the Members page on your live site), they are not actually blocked. They just have not logged in yet. Once they login, their status as a Contact will change in your list. No Email notifications: Check your settings from your subscriptions box. Also check your settings for your Blog Posts. My subscribers who weren't getting emails were all listed as "unassigned subscription" in my Contacts List. They probably assumed they were subscribing when they signed up as a Member. To automatically subscribe new Members, or set your settings for who is notified of new Blog Posts: Go to your Blog, Posts list, View More, Notifications You Send, (on the page down a section -->) System Notification, Preview & Edit. Another way: Settings, Notifications You Send, System Notification, Preview & Edit You can always update your Contacts to be subscribed through your Contacts List. ____ Old Post: This seems to be a recurring issue for other Wix blogs. Mine has a new twist: two of my subscribers get their emails, and the ones who do not are marked as "blocked" members in the Contacts view. I've tried unblocking them, but all of those supposedly blocked contacts are "okay" members everywhere else, in every screen, on every list.....except the Contacts list under my Dashboard. I also discovered that these blocked contacts, who have signed up for email notifications, were not subscribed. (?) I have made sure that everything is "on" for my Blog settings, and looked everywhere to fix this. I have reached the end of what I can do. I'd like to request a Help Ticket. Where can I do that?
