How do we show posts of different types in different pages of a of a website for example i want all my posts regarding yoga to be shown under the yoga page but not the posts regarding karate (which happens when i insert the blog page) in short I would like to know how to segregate blog post.

To achieve this result you can create categories and assign them to your posts (here's an article about that). Then you should go to the Editor, create a new page and add Post list Widget. Post list lets you filter posts by categories (here's how to do it).
After you create different pages for different categories, you can hide your main Blog page so your readers wouldn't see all the posts in one place.
