Hi all, I have a blog section where I have set the number of posts to 5 per page. I have added other sections above and below it so it is nestled nicely in this particular space. But when I test out my tag cloud with a particular category that has 7 posts tagged, the 5 post limit stops functioning properly and forces the 7 to show up in the space set up for 5 only, this then causes the other posts to either overlap the sections below, or it gets cut off halfway over a post and the pages dont show up anymore.
If there is no changing that then is there a way I can set up the page to automatically be pushed down/up to accommodate the ever changing dimensions of the tag cloud search results? TIA
Hey @Kat B. | KBDS
Thanks for the photos, that helped! Also, I looked into your site and wanted to double check with you, 'All Posts feed' has set 5 posts per page, but 'Category feed' setting is set to display 10 posts per page therefore tag pages show more than 5 posts per page. Was that set to 10 because you were testing it out? If no, that should solve the problem, let me know if that was the problem. Vilma
Hi @Kat B. | KBDS
From what you've described I understand that the issue is with tag pages. Tag pages uses the same settings as category pages, so you could change post count for the category pages.
Go to your blog page, select blog and open settings.
2. Go to 'Layout' and choose 'Category feed'. It will open a category page where you can rearrange the layout.
3. And if you scroll to the bottom of 'Category feed' settings you will find posts per page.
Let me know if that helped.
If that doesn't solve your problem it would be great, if you could share your website, maybe we could find a different solution 😊
