I'm having a live site problem which is affecting my subscriptions - I can't tell yet if it's specifically a blog problem or a general button problem. I submitted an email ticket over 24 hours ago with no response so I tried a request to the call center today and it's CLOSED. Support is supposed to be available until 5pm PST. It's closed as of 11:40 PST. (see below) I was planning to open an ecommerce store but clearly can't now! HOW ARE YOU GUYS with Ecommerce sites running without any call support?!???
