Starting mid-March, I noticed that when I posted a blog post on Facebook or Twitter, the "social share" looked the same for all of them: an image from the homepage, my URL, and a blurb from the homepage. The link brings you to the right page, but this is much less than professional.
I've tried to "scrub" the pages for Facebook, but since it's the same on Twitter, I don't think that's the problem, and scrubbing it hasn't helped. From time to time I've seen the correct image and title show up when I'm preparing a post, but after I submit it, the same generic image, URL, and blurb take the place of the relevant social sharing.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any advice; this has been beyond frustrating for over a month now.
