Easy “One Pan” Dish
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
1 onion (medium)
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Chili flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic minced
2-3 cups of cooked pasta (aldente)
2 Tbs. Fresh Basil
Instrucions:
- Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut up onion and tomatoes into 1- 1 1/2 inch pieces
-Dress tomatoes and onions in olive oil, chili flakes, Salt & Pepper and garlic
-Toss all ingredients together
-Put into oven for about 15-20mins
-Every 5-10mins stir around and squish down tomatoes to get all the juices out
-When tomatoes are done there should be a slight sauce around the pan & tomatoes and onion should have toasted corners
-Toss the tomato and onions with pasta
-Top with Parmesan& basil
-Serve & Enjoy!!
