COVID-19 the global epidemic is being called the worst public health crisis for a generation. The disruption caused by this epidemic is likely to have implications for years to come.
Factors such as government mandates around social distancing, to more and more people working from home, as well as a period of uncertainty, are changing consumers spending habits, as they prepare to shop differently in order to cope with the epidemic.
In the past, I have researched the impact of Digital Disruption on businesses but now I am looking into the impact of COVID-19 on e-commerce businesses.
