It would be good if there were specific analytics for the blog, so we can see not just how many times it's been viewed but bounce rates, so we can identify if people are reading the material. Demographics would be useful too and how people are discovering the blog, what platforms did they use etc...
This is a great suggestion.
Hi,
thanks for posting your needs, including your votes for the feature in the Wishlist.
Upvoting this.
We do email marketing in MailChimp and have a ton of analytics.
Then, we publish a new blog post in Wix and... crickets.
It's impossible to tell who's opening the email and who's clicking on it.
It's been a year and a half since this suggestion. Is there a roadmap to get this done?
HI Marcelo,
Yes this feature you are mention is in our wish list. Have you tried our email marketing tool? Is the analytics we have there same you are looking for the emails triggered from the Wix Blog?
Mario, I have looked at your email marketing tool but only briefly. We use MailChimp. I'm looking for analytics as follows:
- Who opened the email
- Who clicked
- Who shared
- Who unsubscribed
Etc. Basic stuff -- we have none of that.
As I observed in another thread here on this forum, how long is the Wix wishlist, and do features ever get implemented?
Because it feels to me that a lot of people have been wishing for a lot of things for a long time, and they never get done.
