I've been a product designer my entire career (37 years) London, New York, Sydney and now Singapore.

The Fresh Quest comic app was born when my nephew in New Zealand suffered a brain tumor which fortunately was benign, and so I designed a sci-fi comic where he was the hero. I took family photo's from Christmas and holidays and Photoshopped them into a pdf comic with his face in the illustrations. Then his sister wanted to be in the space saga!

My wife suggested I turn it into an app as every child sooner or later deserves to be a hero. And now its forsale on the App Store in 52 countries.
