It all seems too blocky/squared off. I agree, speed is still an issue and Google doesn't seem to show good results for SEO for the current Blog, many errors and server errors. It's very weird.

Hey, I can tell you that i have over 2,300 posts on my blog and performance is not an issue at this stage. Loads very quick. I hope this kinda gives you an indication. I don't think there is a limit, but if it does start to impact loading, etc i am sure the Wix Blog team will handle that as soon as it ever happens - which i don't think it will because the blog content loads dynamically - so it's not really stores as a page individually on your site. Hope this makes sense.

I've used Wix.com for a long time now. However, if there is one product that Wix has released which always fails its users, it's the Wix Blog. It always has been the case. I am starting to see more engagement (from my point of view) from Wix Blog, however, in the past few months i have had some serious concerns about this product. Is it just me or does the blog look way to much like the Wix Forum and the way it works? It's very much 'social' orientated. If i wanted a social type blog, i would take my Posts and put them on Facebook and not a website. I want a website style blog, and one that is suitable for a news blog. Not a 'How to make cakes' blog. It's a bit of a joke how they introduced the new blog, with LESS features than the older one. Lol - how is that even feasible to justify to users? It's not like the features the new one came with were ground-breaking, because they weren't. If they were i would have maybe understood this move more. As a paying user, i wish to see more features and quicker. I was told that the blog's new infrastructure meant they were able to deploy and develop new features faster. Was that a joke? It's slower than ever. For me, the best thing that can ever happen here is that they introduce Wix Blog API's for Wix Code, so i can use the ground level database and infrastructure but build and design the layout, and features myself. Wow, i nearly forgot the loading time of the new blog. That's for another day...complete joke. What annoys me is, Wix always get annoyed when users are honest about this. Why? We are really trying to help your product. Come on. This is constructive feedback.

Hello @Simona Griskute, I hope you, and the team are well. I would like to respond to your questions in bullet points (in the same order that you have). Image Sizes in Blog Posts • The 4 image sizes currently satisfy my needs. Yes. • I personally like to use the 'Full Width' effect on my images more, because it makes the blog look more modern and professional having this type of effect. • I tend to compress images before being uploaded to the blog, because i feel image loading in the blog and Wix in general can be quite heavy on the loading. The tool i use is https://compressjpeg.com/ - i feel there should be a built in setting to our blog backend which we can turn on or off to compress images when added to the blog post. • I like the fact we can link images, i like the fact we can add captions etc. • I find a problem arises when i want to access images uploaded to my media manager already if i am editing from the Wix Mobile App. I really need and want to have my Media Manager uploads on the mobile app UI. Cover image display on feed I have nothing to say on this piece because i think everything is perfect on this part. :) I hope this helps you.

@Simona Griskute - glad to see this issue is fixed, despite the fact i reported this in February. Officially it started getting noticed on here in August, so let's just say it took 4 months for ONE bug to be fixed? I think we can see why users are not happy at this stage. Come on guys. Keep up the good work, but let's work on what's broken quickly.

Didn't say that, just saying that mine will be a bit faster as i've just got the spec up from the 2018 one. But, when i had the same one as yours (which is a really really fast laptop) it was about 3 minutes.

@Sandra Harvey - lol i dread to think how someone with a Windows normal spec laptop accesses it..

I think it also depends on the type of computer, i have an i9 MacBook Pro which is just released. Hence why it will be a bit faster but, i used to have an i7 - same as yours, and it was SO SLOWWWWWWW!

What i really REALLY want to know is, why is no one reaching out to us to address the concerns or re-assure us of what is happening. Why is no one doing anything about it? You may think that we are not being 'Respectful' or following 'Community Guidelines' but we are just being honest and are frustrated.
