Have been running New blog 16 months. My newest 13 blog subscribers are not getting email notices of new posts. After much testing, we tracked it to this: If you log in to the blog, then click the Profile icon => Settings, then click the green Subscribe button, it changes to the white Unsubscribe button as it should. BUT, if you move the mouse away and wait 7-10 seconds, it changes back. I.E., it unsubscribes you with an automatic button click. Likewise, long-time subscribers can't unsubscribe. If they click the unsubscribe button it changes to a green subscribe button; wait a few seconds and it changes back. Totally repeatable on multiple machines in different locations/networks, Edge, Chrome, Firefox browsers, and Mobile on a Galaxy phone. Have tried republishing site. Totally flummoxed. Submitted a support ticket 30 hours ago with zippo response.

I'm having a live site problem which is affecting my subscriptions - I can't tell yet if it's specifically a blog problem or a general button problem. I submitted an email ticket over 24 hours ago with no response so I tried a request to the call center today and it's CLOSED. Support is supposed to be available until 5pm PST. It's closed as of 11:40 PST. (see below) I was planning to open an ecommerce store but clearly can't now! HOW ARE YOU GUYS with Ecommerce sites running without any call support?!???
