The title on the homepage of my Wix blog says "Our Blog" and I would like to change that or even delete it. I can't seem to highlight it or change in settings in any way. I also can't seem to adjust the height of my blog feed on the blog homepage - so Our Blog is at the top and then halfway down the page the blog tiles show up. I'd rather have the blog tiles at the top and Our Blog deleted. I can only seem to adjust the page narrower or wider. Thanks!

You can change the text of the header by going to the Blog Settings > Categories > All Post Feed > Three dots > Edit
Once you click on Edit you can change the content of it.
If you want to design the style, you can head to Design > Header and customize how the header looks like.
