I have added the blog app to my homepage, but then had a change of direction and wanted to remove it. Now I have found - confirmed by the support team - that I cannot delete the blog app from my homepage without deleting the *entire* homepage. (Yes, there is an info page on how to delete the blog from the page. No, the instructions there do not work. All this confirmed by support team.) Apparently this is the case with ALL apps added to a page - if you want to delete the app, you have to delete the whole page. I have tried unpublishing all blog posts, but I now have an ugly little white box saying "Posts are coming soon. Stay Tuned." in a font that doesn't even match the rest of the page and can't be changed. It looks so bush league. (Photo attached.)
Has anyone found a workaround to this?
And Wix, if you're reading this - this is pathetic. At the very least, post a prominent warning to people before the add apps to a page that the app can NEVER EVER BE REMOVED.
