My setting seem to be set up properly. The notifications are not going to spam (I subscribed myself just to test it out). I noticed post about this in 2018 and it seemed to be related to a bug, but I haven't seen any recent posts addressing this problem. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
